Welcome to the Spruce Grove Neighbour Network, which provides online and in-person support for people interested in creating connections with their neighbours and within their neighbourhood. This online area is for members of the Neighbour Network to discuss how you are currently connecting with neighbours and any challenges or obstacles you are facing.

By becoming a member of the Spruce Grove Neighbour Network, you now have access to resources, ideas and neighbourhood building tools to help grow the connections on your block and in your neighbourhood. You will have opportunities to share ideas and help build the overall network. Your contributions will also help build a sense of community and connectedness on every block, apartment and condominium complex in Spruce Grove.

Our communities are stronger when we care about each other and the neighbourhoods we live in; knowing your neighbours is vital to creating a safe and connected community.

Are there a lot of pets going missing in the last few months?

jefferygordon asked about 3 years ago

    Hi Jeffrey,

I reached out to Enforcement Services because I thought they would be able to help answer your question.  They told me that there has not been an increase in reported missing pets.

Knowing your neighbours can help keep the pets on your block safe.  Your neighbours could be the first to help if your pet does get loose.

I once helped a neighbour look for their parrot that flew into our backyard.  We had another neighbour whose dog got out and followed us with our dog on our daily walk.  We knew who the dog belonged to so walked him home.

Are you familiar with the pets on your street? Have you ever helped look for a lost pet?
