This month, I would like to talk about inclusion. Our neighbourhoods and blocks are diverse in many ways. This includes cultural diversity, gender diversity, and age diversity just to name a few.

So I am wondering what are your ideas on how to help everyone feel welcome and included at your gatherings or parties?
