2022 Paving & Surface

• Grove Meadows– following the 2021 watermain the City will be replacing select sections of sidewalk and curb and gutter. Following the concrete replacement the roads will be resurfaced.
  • Start date: May 2, 2022; impacted residents will receive notices prior to construction
• Lakewood– The City will be continuing the street improvement project from 2021 in the Lakewood area, replacing select sections of sidewalk and curb and gutter. Following the concrete replacement the roads will be resurfaced.
  • Start date TBD; impacted residents will receive notices prior to construction

2022 Underground Replacement

• Jespersen Avenue– Watermain replacement and Sewer repairs on Jespersen Avenue between King Street and Queen Street.
  • Start date; beginning of May 2, 2022.
• Storm Sewer Upgrades– Completion of the Fairway Drive culvert replacement and various catch basin replacements throughout the City.
