Construction Projects Update

2022 Paving & Surface

• Grove Meadows
  • Construction is underway; concrete replacement scheduled to be complete June 15th with road resurfacing to follow. Estimated completion is June 30th.
• Lakewood– The City will be continuing the street improvement project from 2021 in the Lakewood area, replacing select sections of sidewalk and curb and gutter. Following the concrete replacement the roads will be resurfaced.
  • Start date TBD; impacted residents will receive notices prior to construction

2022 Underground Replacement

• Jespersen Avenue
  • Mainline construction complete, hydrant and services construction under way. Estimated completion date is June 17th.
• Storm Sewer Upgrades– Completion of the Fairway Drive culvert replacement and various catch basin replacements throughout the City.
