• Current location: Goebel Drive, Goebel Bay, Goebel Place, Goebel Close, Groat Crescent, Groat Drive, Groat Place, Greystone Drive, Grove Meadows Drive
• Current activity: Paving
• Anticipated completion: August 6
• Impacts: No on street parking and limited street front access
• Grove Meadows Drive and Greystone Drive closure July 29-30; Local Traffic Only

Surface Improvements - Lakewood Neighbourhood (view overall project map)

• Anticipated start date: June 25
• Current location: Lakeland Drive and Lindsay Avenue
• Current activity: Road reconstruction
• Anticipated completion: October 1
• Impacts: No on street parking and limited street front access.
• Starting July 19 limited to local traffic only. Bus has been re-routed to Lakewood Drive and Lawson Blvd starting August 3.

Watermain/Sanitary Rehab – Grove Meadows Neighbourhood (view overall project map)

• Anticipated start date: Currently in progress.
• Current location: Greystone Drive
• Current activity: CC replacement and mainline watermain replacement
• Anticipated completion: October 29
• Impacts: No on street parking and limited street front access
• Starting July 6, Greystone Drive closure. Anticipated completion August 9.

Watermain and Surface Rehab – South Avenue (view overall project map)

• Anticipated start date: Currently in progress.
• Current location: South Avenue
• Current activity: Mainline and hydrant installation
• Anticipated completion: October 29
• Impacts: Limited parking at ball diamonds. No parking on South Avenue.
• Bulk Water Station will be closed starting July 12 for approximately 6 weeks.
