2025 Canada Day Celebration Survey

Thank you for attending our 2025 Canada Day celebration! Please complete the following survey to share your thoughts on the event, and help us improve future Canada Day celebrations. Survey responses will not be registered until the "submit" button is pressed at the end of the survey. To be entered into the draw for one of six $50 gift cards, fill out your name, email address, and phone number at the end of the survey.
